Do my guests need to install an app or create an account?
Never. Guests get a text with a personal link. They tap it, see your event page, RSVP, and can ask questions — all in the browser, no login, no download.
What kinds of events does Crowdhail work for?
Weddings are our flagship, and the templates also cover parties, celebrations, and business announcements. If you need to invite a crowd and collect responses, it fits.
How does the AI know what to answer?
It answers only from your event's own knowledge — the details and FAQ you set up. If it doesn't know, it says so and passes the question to you. Answer once and it learns for next time. It never guesses.
Is this legal to send? What about spam rules?
Crowdhail is built for consent-based invitations to people you know. You attest to consent when importing contacts, every message identifies the sender, and STOP replies suppress a number across your whole account within seconds — the CASL (Canada) and TCPA (US) baselines are built in.
What happens when someone replies STOP?
They're opted out immediately, account-wide. They stay visible in your lists with an opted-out badge, and no send — including future campaigns — will ever include them.
Can guests see each other's information?
No. A guest's link shows their own first name, their own RSVP, and their own chat — never anyone else's details, and never a phone number. The AI is also hard-blocked from discussing other guests.
How much does Crowdhail cost?
Building your page is free — design it, preview it, publish it with a QR code, no credit card. Sending texts uses credits: one-time Event Passes start at $19 for a party ($79 for a wedding), and monthly plans for businesses start at $19/month. Full details on the pricing page.
What if someone forwards their personal link?
A link only reveals that guest's first name and RSVP — nothing sensitive. There's a "Not you?" button on every page so the right person can start fresh, and you can reissue any guest's link at any time, which kills the old one instantly.
